Found Dead Cockroach in Teapical's Omelette

I found a dead cockroach in my order from Teapical, Kondapur. (Link Below) https://www.swiggy.com/menu/409721 This was the first time I ordered from a non-that-well-known restaurant since it was featured as an Ad when I searched for Chicken Omelette, and it looked interesting. NEVER AGAIN. With all the health and hygiene incidents happening in Hyderabad, how do I report this restaurant?
