Disputing a wrongly issued traffic challan

On the road next to the Cyber Gateway building, there is a No Parking sign on the right side (where the white Innova is parked). However, there is no sign on the left side where all the other cars are parked. Looking at this, I also parked on the left side. However, I got a challan for “Parking in a No Parking Zone”. In my 12 years of driving all over India, I have NEVER been issued a challan. So this matter is a bit personal to me. How can I dispute this wrongly-issued challan? I have several such pictures of this road to substantiate my claim that there is no signage for No Parking on the left side. Who can I raise this issue with and how can I get my challan removed?
