Been living in 1bhk rent 25k. What are my options!?

Recently, the landlord increased the rent to 25k from 23k. It’s a standalone building, near botanical garden kondapur. Just want to know my options in range of 5-6km around mindspace where can I get 1bhk or what can I get for 25k ? Roasts allowed.
