Basic Etiquette

So I went to exhibition today and was extremely disappointed with how people were behaving, specially the shopkeepers. I know many would say that they are uneducated or we should not expect anything much from them anyway. However , I have been born and bought up in Hyderabad...I am a true blood Hyderabadi and I always feel proud to know that we are known for our tamiz and tehzeeb at least when it comes to showing kindness. Infact, auto drivers, waiters, shopkeepers become extra chatty or become extra helpful if any random stranger asks for anything. But today everyone seemed so rude....pushing and walking without seeing back if they hurt someone (which I understand sometimes) most outrageous thing though was that noone was ready to give my mother a stool or chair for 2 minutes to sit... they would just smirk or huff as if asking was my mistake. Pathetic behaviour.
