My cousin 31 M has been struggling to find a job for the last 18 months. The rejections, financial stress, and hopelessness took a toll on him, and he recently attempted suicide. Thankfully, he survived, but his situation hasn’t improved. The main issue? During COVID, he was moonlighting and ended up with two PF (Provident Fund) accounts. Now, every background check is flagging this, and companies are rejecting him outright. He’s stuck in a loop—no job means no way to sustain himself, and his past decisions are haunting him.
