Horrible condition of Khajaguda Talab road (ESCI road) after cake cutting clelberabtions .

I daily pass by ESCI road around 00:30 , this is right after people celebrating birdays and cutting cakes. It breaks my heart to see all these guys is expensive cars celebrating and leaving the place in a mess. I wonder at times if these don't have civic sense at all. Moreover, there is no government authority to monitor or impose fines for littering . I would love to be a part of any org that is already working on such issues or educating people on this, if not we can start with a group of people to put some civic sense into these educated uncivilized folks.
