TumbleDry is the absolute worst!!
I recently sent an original, soft silk paithani saree for dry cleaning at a newly opened branch of tumbledry. A couple of days later, they sent me an image of my saree with major discoloration, and claimed this is how the saree was sent to them. I refuted their claims immediately and rushed to the branch to check the issue. I found that they had put my very expensive paithani saree into some "color locking chemical" and caused large patches of it to get bleached and discolored. The saree is completely ruined and cannot be salvaged! When I complained to tumbledry through their app, I received an email a week later saying they will pay me 2400 Rupees as compensation for damaging a saree worth 13000 Rs. On top of this, they would collect and keep the damaged saree for themselves! I rejected their proposal and they CLOSED THE CASE! What kind of customer support is this?? I don't want their stupid compensation, it is never going to replace what I've lost, but they could have offered to dye the saree of offer some way to make up for their mistake! Beware of this good for nothing company. Please save your clothes from ruination.4
