They don't deserve this.

You may think that buy helping these people you are doing a service, but what is actually being done is creating a begging culture and bring out new methods of making use of that empathy people have. These kids don't deserve to be treated this way, their so called mother left them to roam around the streets and beg for money, while they pick a different location and go for "work". The child in the photo have large portions of his skin removed and is exposed to the environments, there were few more kids, running around through the traffic, fighting, eating leftover food and begging. I've seen many giving money to them, which doesn't help these kids because in the end it's all going to their parents ?.
