I want to start a Business/Franchise in Hyderabad. Please bombard me with advice.

I have about 15 years of experience in IT (Information Security) and had run my own firm for 5 years in late 2000’s. Currently looking to venture out of traditional 9-5 and become Financially independent. Is Pharmacy or branded showrooms a good Option. Budget about 10L.
