How to get Booklet format IDP in Hyderabad?

Basically Title. I got one card format IDP from RTA Hyderabad-NZ. But no booklet form. The actual format under 1949 Geneva Convention states a booklet and not a card/paper format. How do I get an IDP in this format? Please help me out as it is slightly urgent. Thanks!
