How to get rid of buri nazar?

I suddenly fell extremely sick just on the day of a very very big event in my life. For the last 3 weeks, I can always sense some evil/jealous eyes on me and my sjster. Im glad my sister is doing good hk. But Now I fell sivk. My mom isnt even here to do that nazar hatane waali process (idk she does something with some salt) What can I do to feel better? Energetic and be positive? Im feeling mentally very low for past 8 hours. Today is my sister's wedding and Im here at home all alond and sick as hell. Idk why people give buri nazar to others. Evil and jealousy huhh.
