Can an ex sexual partner attend our wedding ceremony?

Hi I have a question regarding Hinduism. I’m Hindu, my partner is Spanish background. He has a female friend whom he has slept and been physically intimate with 15 years ago but remained friends with her. Is it okay for her to be at the wedding ceremony or should we ask her not to attend?
