Why are people thinking that they have right to act like Ishwar?

Many Hindus claim that they can and should emulate Shri Krishna rather than Shri Raam. When he's Shri Krishna, he acts how Ishwar should act in human form. When he's Shri Raam, he acts how a human should act in human form. Why are people thinking that they have right to act like Ishwar? Why are they thinking that they know better than Hari?
