Reciting Vishnu Sahastranama for Krishna

Is it okay to recite Vishnu Sahastranama for Krishna pooja? Would it be more appropriate to recite Krishna Sahastranama instead? Also, there are 3 to 4 different versions of both of these, on Sanskrit docs. Which one should I pick, to recite daily?
