Hi everyone, 1st/2nd gen indian american looking to learn about Hinduism!

Hi everyone, I know you guys have probably seen tons of posts about this before. My parents are from Chennai and they moved to the US when I was young, but there wasn’t a large Indian population in my area so I wasn’t able to learn about the culture and the religion. I’ve been going through a tough time lately and have been wanting to feel more at peace. I know I’m more interested in the spirituality aspects, more so than the Gods themselves, but I was wondering if anyone had any relevant youtube videos that aren’t Sadhguru’s! (No offense to anyone that follows him.) I just wanted to learn about the origins and understand the spirituality of it, while feeling more at peace with myself through these tougher times.
