A moral dilemma
So my mother needs to register her Will - she's bedridden. I've spoken to multiple lawyers and they all say that it's roughly 15k bribe + 3k their fees for processing. Naturally I refused to pay a bribe and tried to do it on my own. Then I realized that the [kaveri.karnataka.gov.in](http://kaveri.karnataka.gov.in) website is deliberately broken and no matter how much I struggle I cannot succeed in the time allotted (she's bedridden). \[I don't know for sure if it's deliberate - let's say the website doesn't work properly and requires specialized knowledge to operate with getting things wrong requiring multiple trips to the SRO\] Under such circumstances where the website itself is badly broken and malfunctioning, the person who can use the website and get my work done is charging a fees not a bribe but it still feels exploitative and wrong. Therefore what should I do? What do you think? \[to clarify, when you create an application to register a Will the forms that you fill don't work properly and sometimes it works but the application isn't sent to the correct subregistrar - so I had to create multiple applications and print them out and go to the subregistrar and he had to check them till he found a correct application that had reached him. Also when he generated the payment link and I tried to pay - on the first attempt it said that I had to pay through netbanking and NEFT not UPI or debit card, so when I brought another person who had NetBanking we discovered that her bank was not listed. On the third attempt onwards we fell into an error loop where no matter what we did the page kept throwing up an error - thus invalidating the whole application. So only the person who already knows how to do these things can succeed\]1
