Dog abuse/ thrown out of house.

Hi guys, I’m visiting from the US and I am in a village near Ladwa. There is a house that beats/abuses their dog badly (desi mix). I’ve come to learn that they threw him out. Now when he is hungry he comes back to the house but they don’t let him in. I’m afraid he will not survive because I think he’s domesticated and needs food. He’s had a rough life so far from what I can tell. What can I do to help in terms of reporting/asking a rescue to get him? I can provide specific location if anyone can assist. Thanks
