Someone I know said Haryana doesn't have a standard

I was talking to someone and he sent me a reel saying that this is why he would never date or marry someone who is from Haryana. The reel was some haryanavis in Canada, sitting and listening to songs and smoking hookah on the crossroads. His exact words were 'Haryana and standard? My my those are two very contradicting words.' In my opinion, Haryana holds a really really high standard in terms of anything. But do people, out of haryana, really think that we don't have a standard or class? I am from Haryana and I have always loved the place I come from. It's the perfect balance of traditions and urbanization.
