Why doesn't Popeyes deliver?

I have been able to order Popeyes on Swiggy/Zomato only once. Ever since then (in past 3-4 months) every time I try to order online it is always saying that the delivery location is outside of delivery area. This doesn't make any sense as I order stuff from nearby restaurants all the time. It's like 6 kms away.
