Who/what/why is this Shyam Baba sticker all over NCR?

I've been noticing these Shyam Baba stickers all over the NCR area, on rickshaws, buses, cars (both fancy and normal ones), bikes, even saw it once on a JCB. My friends and I even joke that our ETA depends on how many of these stickers we pass by. We say stuff like, "We'll be there before we see 5-6 Shyam Baba stickers!" I'm curious because when I bought my car, I didn’t even let the dealer put their sticker on it. One of my buddies joked that maybe people go to see Shyam Baba, and then his followers sneak around and stick these on vehicles without asking. It sounds a bit crazy, but it's kinda feels there might be some truth to it. Does anyone know who Shyam Baba is and why so many people are putting up these stickers?
