When babies smiled at me!

I recently went to my first cousin sister's house as I had become mama for first time in immediate extended family. Twin(one boy and one girl) was born. When I took both of them in my arms(first girl for few minutes then boy)... Both of them opened their eyes and smiled at me and then closed back their eyes. Sister told me that baby does not usually smile and mostly cry when others take them. I melted at that time. Truly, I never felt happiness in a long time. It was feeling that I cannot put in words. Mind it that they were only 2-3 months old. Last time I was happy when i cracked CLAT but it was not the same. I truly hope and pray that I don't become Kans mama in their version of story.
