Weekend party places

Hi, so my birthday is coming up on this weekend and I wanted to know how could I celebrate it successfully on leopard trail? Do parties happen there in night or is it just a morning place? Also I was thinking to spend the afternoon there doing activities and have my party in the night Any suggestion is appreciated Thanks
