We're two working women, shifting into a 3BHK 1865 sqft semi furnished apartment at VIPUL GREENS, a well-maintained and secure society located bang on Sohna Road, Gurgaon, LOADED with amenities such as 3 swimming pools, a badminton court, club house, ATM, and gym. We already have a washing machine, fridge, and sofa set, leaving us with ONLY a water purifier on rent, for which costs will be divided by 3. All costs for maid, cook, electricity etc will also be duly divided by 3. The rent per room comes to 20,000 INR, inclusive of maintenance. Each room comes with an attached balcony and attached washroom, along with ample storage space in the form of cupboards. Interested applicants MUST be: 1. Working females over 25 years of age 2. Dog-lovers! This is an absolute must, given that you'll be sharing your home and heart with a furball!
