Tamil in Gurgaon

I'm 37f in Bangalore. I might have to move to gurgaon early next year. Any issues faced by Tamil ( women) living in and working in gurgaon? My Hindi is ok but definitely Southern accent. I prefer English in office at least. And a bit dark. I'm hearing horror stories, appreciate any tips or support.
