Systematically choke the traffic

So there’s an insanely ill manager new traffic light at the sector 55-56 round about. Talk about systematically ruining the traffic scenes in gurgaon! Also what’s with opening up one side for 4-5 minutes and choking the traffic from 3 other ends!
