Snitch or ignore: Couple making out in parking

Hello Gaon wassio, I need your honest opinion. We live in Builder apartment and there is highly religious family on one of the floors. Their 19/20 year old girl and supposed boyfriend hangout in the stilt parking lot backside or car and do level 1/1.5 making out which is pretty obvious and seen many times. The boy kiddo goes in and out of the house as well so the family knows he exists (worst case he is a cousin/relative idk). I don’t wanna snitch to their parents, but it is getting a bit weird with my parents and little kids around and the intensity is increasing on daily basis. How to politely ask them to take it in Oyo rather than getting caught in CCTVs and open view every day. Would the father/mother want to know what’s happening? Please batao!!
