Seeking advice for buying a house in Gurgaon

My husband and I are moving back to India from the United States next year, and we are looking to settle in Gurgaon as most of our friends and family are in the NCR region. Could you guys please provide an idea of the budget required to purchase a good house or villa in Gurgaon? We are specifically looking for a house or villa, not a flat.
