Renting a heater in Gurgaon?

So I moved to Gurgaon about 7 months ago and have never experienced a proper winter before. I’ve only ever lived in hot places, so its safe to say that I’m not at all used to the cold. Everyone’s also saying “bhai ye to kuch bhi nhi h, Jan/Feb tak wait kro” which is scaring the shit out of me, cuz I’m alrdy feeling cold enough. Might move out of Gurgaon after Feb, so not too sure if I want to invest in a heavy duty blanket or a heater rn, since it will only occupy space. Thinking renting a heater might be my best option, but not too sure on how to go about it (and if its even a good idea to begin with). Any advice/suggestions?
