People of reddit, help me find.

So I went to theNerdyCafe, champa gali in 2021 and ordered the best freaking hot chocolate I ever had. It was almost black when it came, to the point me and my friend were intimidated to try, but it was the best, melt in my mouth hot chocolate. It wasn't bitter dark but it didn't feel like it's chocolate melted in milk. It was what I'd call a hot or drinking chocolate and not some chocolate flavoured hot drink. It was not just thick, in fact it wasn't even as thick as some try to make it, it was just idk how to explain but molten chocolate ig. Also I don't think it formed any layer on cooling, like the milk based one, I might not just remember tho. I have tried so many hot chocolate after this, but nothing comes close. (Please don't say Paul). If anyone gets what I'm trying to look for and know a place in Delhi ncr or banglore please let me know.
