No fires and still 400+ and 999 in couple of places?

It is city dust - lying on roads or construction or from vehicles! NCR pollution is weather phenomenon which is exacerbated because of in-city dust. Till this area does not have proper govt who is willing to address this issue and keep city clean, pollution will always be a problem without farm fires also. AQI of 150 with blue sky is not something to chest thump about when AQI of less than 50 is needed but we have lost hope for it and get happy with blue sky alone.
