Need advice for continuing my software testing job?

I was and still mediocre in mathematics from my childhood , I don't think I'm blessed with logical and thinking abilities, i possess mediocre problem solving skills, I'm working as a software tester for a mere salary of rs 20K per month in gurgaon and I doubt that not everyone can reach a salary of 2-3 lac per month even with experience as for this much salary you need high intelligence and not everyone possess it so would you recommend me to continue in software field or leave it? as I don't think I can reach 2-3 lac per month salary even with experience after a decade because I'm limited by my intelligence OR with experience anyone can reach this much salary ??? I'm asking this because the retirement age in IT is 40-45 yrs old that's why many people want to increase their salary as much as possible.
