Naugaon, Rajasthan, being promoted as new gurgaon!!

There;s going to be a lot of social media content, promoting Naugaon, Rajasthan. I have doubts for sure. But just wondering and hoping to get a second opinion on this. Is it actually going to be that great place to invest?
