Most value for money renting(20k)

Heylo peeps! Recently got a job in gurgaon and the office is gonna be at Udyog vihar. Being an entry level job i can only spare: - 20k for rent - 5k for house utilities(maintenance+maid+cook). I am open to flatmates kinda situation, looking for some OG gurgaon perspective on this. TIA✨🤌🏾🥂 P.S: sooo looking forward to moving to the alc capital of India!
