Looking for a flatmate

I was living with my friend, but he decided to move out due to a job change. He will be moving out at the end of January. I am looking for a flatmate who can start staying from next month. A few things to note: -Non-smokers are preferred. -The building has a lift, a permanent guard, and housekeeping services (cooking and cleaning) provided by the guard’s wife for ₹4,500 (shared by two). -The location of the house is great, but the immediate surrounding area is not very well-developed. -The flat is overall in excellent condition. The rent is ₹18,500 per person. -Address: 403, Krishna Bhawan, Sector 30, Gurgaon. The flat is almost fully furnished. We’ve added a few items like a gas stove and other small essentials, which will remain here. Amenities like Wi-Fi, an inverter, a geyser, AC, and a fridge are all available.
