Job market dead in Gurgaon?

Hi. Just for context, I work in marketing and have 5* years of experience. But I am struggling to land anything decent in Delhi and Gurugram or Gurgaon. It always always gets stuck on CTC where they can barely match my last ctc which was around 10LPA. I have finally gotten an opportunity in Banagalore but I am scared of moving away so far. How has your experience been? Do you feel that sticking around may help and that things may get better with more job openings around new year?
