How safe and reliable is Nuego?

I have a booking with Nuego from iffco chowk at 8 a.m. tomorrow morning. Firstly, how safe is that area at that time Secondly, I've heard a lot of terrible things about Nuego and I'm not sure if there are a lot of travellers and good crowd and now I'm skeptical to travel. Help!
