Help me find a place around Sector 24

Hey guys, I will be moving permanently to Gurgaon in the first week of February. I have never lived in NCR and this will be my first time moving away from my home state. I am final year student so I won't need anything major for my accommodation. I am looking for PGs around Cyber Green, Phase 2, Sector 24. Also, just to make sure that I don't end up overpaying please let me know what should be my ballpark budget when looking for something similar.
