Female flatmate wanted - 1 room in pre-occupied flat

Hey everyone! We’re looking for a female flatmate to move into the middle room in our fully furnished 3BHK at Carlton Estate 1, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon. 📅 Move-in Date: 1st February 🏠 Flat Details • Room: Middle room (as shown in the video) with a non-attached washroom for your exclusive use. • Flat Amenities: ✅ Fully furnished ✅ Two refrigerators (one is mine, but feel free to use!) ✅ Washing machine ✅ Wi-Fi (cost split between the three of us) 📍 Location Carlton Estate 1(Golf Course Road) - close to the metro, one horizon, gated society and pretty safe! 👭 Flatmates The other two rooms are already occupied by working professionals. We’re both friendly and chill. We respect each other’s boundaries but also like to hang out from time to time. The flat has a respectful and relaxed vibe. 💸 Rent & Expenses • Rent: ₹22k per month. • Maid (cleaning): ₹4k per month (already in place). • Cook: I have a separate cook who charges ₹3.5k per month, as I’m a non-vegetarian. We’re open to figuring out a shared cook arrangement if needed, depending on everyone’s preferences. Other regular expenses like Wi-Fi and electricity are split equally between the three of us.
