Dying for a life changing input!!

So, after completing my engineering, I didn’t want to do coding, I was super bad at it. But wanted to start working right away. So, I cluelessly started working in a BPO, then in finance for sometime, then marketing. And now, I ended up in an edtech, got promoted too recently but I feel my future isn’t going anywhere. I am planning to do a final career switch probably to Project management or in Analytics or something. And I’m open to study and upskill or probably talk to a career councillor. However, I’d be paying for all this on my own, so I want to be sure that whatever I do, it pays off. Pleaseeeee give some valuable suggestions.
