Dog diagnosed with Kidney Failure

My 4.5-year-old American Bully has been diagnosed with kidney failure, and I’m completely heartbroken. His creatinine levels have shot up to 12 (normal is 0.6-1.4), and he’s stopped eating and drinking. Whenever he does try, he just ends up vomiting. The vets at CP Vet Gurgaon have started him on fluid therapy to flush out the toxins, but I feel so helpless. He won’t touch food or water, and I don’t know what else to do. If anyone has been through something similar, please share any advice—how did you manage their appetite, nausea, or hydration? I just want to do everything I can for him. Any help would mean the world.
