Cab driver speaking continuously on call while driving

I booked a cab because I had to work ( Mostly reading part) during travel time. But most of the cab drivers in gurgaon would either turn on music, or keep talking on call. And they are so arrogant that despite request they wouldn't stop it. What should I do?
