Bryan Adams concert - Gurgaon experience

So we attended the Bryan Adams concert at Backyard in Gurgaon and it was a mixed experience. Good - 1. Bryan Adams. He's still got it even at 65 years of age and he rocked. The vibe, song selection and crowd interaction was amazing. 2. Crowd was good. Not many chapris. 3. The concert started on time. Bad - 1. Traffic management sucked big time. People had to get off their cars almost a Km away and walk to get to the venue. Parking was dismal and it was total chaos. 2. To purchase anything, one had to load money into a wallet/card for which there was a 30 min line. There was no network at the venue so UPI and credit cards didn't work or worked after multiple tries. It was a pain to buy anything. Any money left in the wallet, could not be reimbursed. Two cards could not be combined for a purchase. 3. Backyard as a venue for such concert isn't a great idea. Entry & Exit were cramped and there was no queue mgmt. I personally found leisure valley grounds to be a better place for such concerts as there is ample parking space and getting in n out was much easier. Bookmyshow also allowed direct cash/upi/cc payment options so lines used to be smaller and quicker. Overall a good concert but organizers didn't do a good job. What was your take on the concert?
