After 5 years, this city has became boring af

Hi All M26 here, I can't to Gurgaon in January 2020 with high hopes and a zeal to everything. With colleagues of my age and tastes from my first company I used to enjoy gathering and drinking sessions but slowly after switching my job in the second half of 2021 and it being a WFH position I lost touch with whatever 'friends' I had in this city. I am a gamer and read sometimes but since 2024 I feel like there is nothing fun on my weekends. It's just me and my partner either drinking a bit on weekends or going out to watch a movie. For some time in 2024 I used to visit a weekly gathering for board games but that one has also stopped due to some accomodation factors. I feel lost and bored to a great extent considering the fact that I'm trying to get sober and in a city with more alcohol showrooms than hospital + schools it is very hard to socialize. Apart from Ambience every other mall is filled with typical chapri and ill-mannered locals (yes, the jaats and the gujjars). What do you guys do on your weekends and if anyone is planning something fun on weekends or is seeking a gaming buddy then please reach out. Thanks for reading this yap
