A question for gurgaon peeps

I was having a conversation with somebody about how govt should allow alcohol delivery in gurgaon and that would directly impact the number of drunk driving accidents and would help reduce those. His main point throughout was about that would increase alcohol consumption and “issues at home”, as he put it, would go up a lot. Which side of the coin do you guys lie on? What are some other pros and cons of this?
