Is the current drive against illegal construction in DLF Phase 1-5 (especially Ph 3) real?

There was news of violent protests after occupation certificates were revoked in DLF 5 for illegal construction. Will the same happen in U block phase 3 or is this just a gimmick? Given that DLF is launching floors and apartments worth 1000s of crores will they be able to put pressure on town planning bodies to take strict action?
