Was surprised to know that Gurgaon locals are not jats but yadavs

Ok so I am from madhya pradesh, was doing job in Pune for 4 years then 3 months ago I shifted to Gurgaon. I always used to think that ki Gurgaon is basically jat area but was surprised as the majority of locals are yadavs. And also to my Surprise I used to thought Delhi is mostly punjabi and that myth busted too and I got to know the locals of Delhi are Jat and Gujjars. My experience in Gurgaon has been pretty good as I have mostly interacted with local yadavs and they behave like normal humans. All those stories that I used to hear about Gurgaon are slowly getting off my head.
