Why iam thinking about taking revenge

Iam thinking about taking revenge everyday from my enemies like beating the hell outta them or damage their valuable items like vehicle. Why am i creating fake scenarios in my mind ,beating them and getting angry. Its really traumatic. I dont why iam doing that and i got flashbacks while studying.does anyone faces the same issue,Is it normal to you all ?? Drop your best revenge story from your enemies.
