Time management tips required
Can anyone guide me with some time management tips . I get up around 5:30. 6:00 to 6:30 - exercise , 6:45- 7:30 - cook , 7:30-8:30- wake up kiddo , get her ready for school , 9 - leave for office 10-6 - office 7- reach home 7:00-7:30 - unwind a bit 7:30-8:15- cook dinner 8:15-9:45- have dinner , kiddo dinner , some outdoor time 9:45-10:15- ready for bed And by 10:30 - I doze off on my own in general Weekends are so many tasks lined up . I feel there is not much time to peruse things without less sleep . I want to learn technology ( basics of AI) , ready entire newspaper and books , do some writing and peruse some more sports4
