Stray cat wandered in, emaciated and won't eat/drink. Desperate for help! (Location: [Delhi])

Yesterday, a very skinny cat wandered into my house. She's clearly malnourished, you can feel her ribs and spine, and she's not eating or drinking much at all. She's lethargic and just seems really weak. I'm incredibly worried about her. I really want to help, but I'm in a tough spot. I recently lost both of my cats, and I'm still grieving. Seeing this little one suffer is breaking my heart, and I can't bear the thought of something happening to her. Unfortunately, I'm also struggling financially right now and can't afford vet care. My parents are also against keeping her because they're afraid I'll get too attached, given my recent losses. I'm reaching out to see if anyone in the Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida area can help this poor cat. Maybe someone can take her in, provide medical care, or offer advice on how to get her eating and drinking again?
