Nestaway is scamming me. Any suggestions

So, I had just moved out of flat. I had a security with Nestaway of 24000, 2month rent Now they have charged 13000 maintenance charges, in the name of Painting, Cleaning, AC Cooling and other unnecesary charges. The house has been painter just 2months back, owners got it painted after our request. Ac has been working completely fine, but they are still charging for servucing and that too 4500, normal rate of servicing is 500 After all this, now they have also held 6000 for clearance of unpaid dues, which have been completely paid. 1st they told to share the ack of flatmates on whatsapp that I owe nothing, then asked for electricity receits, now when I have given everything they are asking to again share ack of each flatmate on email, each one have to mail them separately thai I dont owe anything again. They dont have intention to pay this 6000 also. I have only received 5000 out og the 24000 security that I gave. Please suggest what should I do, Is there any consumer forum to raise complaint or any legal way?
